I booked a full brain diagnostic qEEG + MRI and non-medication TMS for mild memory issues. Reception was warm, the neurologist took time explaining results. Brain mapping was thorough, TMS sessions was comfortable and effective. Real improvement seen.

Dr. Elahi is a very thorough doctor! He is very knowledgeable and will spend a lot of time not only speaking about your symptoms but really breaking down the different mechanisms in the brain and body that can cause those symptoms. It was so helpful for someone like me who likes to really understand what’s occurring! He has really good insight on treatment and what’s “worth it” or not based on risks and advises his patients as if he would advise his own loved ones.
Neuropsych symptoms can be so frightening and getting an appointment with a neurologist can take so long, but Dr. Elahi prioritizes scheduling quickly with his patients. You can tell he really cares.

I came for accelerated TMS treatments for anxiety and had a favorable experience at Dr. Elahi’s office.
The staff was highly accommodating to all my needs, explaining the treatment details and making sure I was comfortable throughout the five days I was there. The dr. and his entire team were personable, knowledgeable and attentive.
The results took several weeks to notice. I was initially concerned that by the end of the treatment I could not see any improvement. The doctor explained that this is quite typical and that improvement can take up to a few weeks. Several weeks later, friends and family members had commented that I felt lighter, more patient, and enjoyable to be around. I felt a greater sense of calm, even during moments of stress. My latest QEEG results showed that the excess brain waves have been corrected and my anxiety assessment tests have shown a reduction from severe to mild.
I will point out that since TMS I have been using a number of other tools including emotional release, EMDR, and meditation to name a few. The doctor said this is quite common that TMS can make a shift that allows other tools to be more effective going forward.

He truly listened to my story and asked all the right questions. He took the time to explain why I was experiencing the headaches and how my anxiety levels were playing a role.

I am so glad I found Dr. Elahi and the whole staff at Neurospa Brain Rejuvenation! They have helped me get my life back! For a while I was feeling so down, sad and depressed that I could cry at any moment, and I did! It was effecting my work and my relationship with my kids and husband. I was not focused at all at work and couldn’t be productive and I was constantly impatient with my kids and yelling all the time, which made me and them feel worse. I started the TMS treatments a week and a half ago and I’m already seeing a BIG difference! I have way more energy in the mornings and I’m overall happier and able to get tasks done at work and at home. I’m no longer super impatient with my kids and constantly yelling at them. This is the 3rd week we are working with Dr Elahi and the amazing staff at Neurospa brain rejuvenation center doing TMS treatments and Neurofeedback. My son who has had problem focusing on subjects both in school and in his daily activities is now doing such an amazing job with his grades. His teachers are beyond happy with his performance and they even congratulated me on how great it is to have him listen and focus. Today was my first session at NeuroSpa. Walking in I was greeted by the friendly staff. No need to do extensive paperwork as they provide the forms in advance online, which is a big convenience.
They started off putting a device on my head which measured brain waves and the fascinating exercise began. I was told to look at the screen and make the airplane go thru the rings in the sky by willing it to. At first it was frustrating but then I started to get the hang of it. In the end the doctor provided me with scores and what I can do better for the next session.
The second game was more fun imho. You put 3D glasses on and chase tennis balls on the screen. If you identify it propelry the speed increases.
Altogether it was a great learning experience and I would recommend it for anyone young or old who is interested in cognitive enhancement without the use of drugs or other stimulants.

Dr. Elahi and his staff are competent, caring and always had our child’s best interest in mind. Our child had the good fortune of going through a concurrent treatment of neurofeedback, TMS and neurotracker. We noticed improvements in his sports ability and hand to eye coordination (he loves tennis). Great doctor and amazing staff!!!

I was impressed with Dr. Elahi and his staff at the NeuroSpa. I went there to have brain mapping to understand my sleep and anxiety problems. The brain mapping was very easy and so relaxing I fell asleep during it and it took about 30 minutes. The results were ready a few minutes later and the doctor, who is a neurologist, reviewed it. He identified some areas in the brain I might want to consider having Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or TMS, that is FDA approved and he explained to me could enhance specific areas of the brain without pain, meds, or side effects. It is amazing to think this kind of advanced treatment is available today without toxic dyes, radiation, or surgical procedure. I recommend going there to check this out!
