MRI of Severe Headache

Dr. Elahi describes Brain MRI images of 60+ yo with intermittent headaches showing signs of small vessel ischemic changes. Images demonstrate common findings of MRI’s done of patients presenting with migraine headaches and/or risk factors for cerebrovascular disease including elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, and strong family history of vascular risk factors.
