Virtual Neurology Consultation and 2nd Opinions

Our office has served patients visiting from various countries worldwide. To facilitate consultations for those unable to make in-office visits,  we provide virtual neurology consultations and 2nd opinions via telehealth services online. Patients anywhere around the world are able to request a virtual telehealth appointment and/or send medical records for Dr. Elahi to review and discuss in detail.  Dr. Elahi can also provide detailed report of his findings and recommendations. Dr. Elahi has over 20 years of clinical experience, has authored book chapters and peer-reviewed articles, an expert reviewer for the medical board of California, and qualified medical evaluator (QME) for state of California.  You can learn more about Dr. Elahi on the ‘About Us’ page.

The process for virtual consultation is simple:

  1. Complete the brief Telehealth Consent online form here.
  2. Read and Accept terms by checking the box.
  3. Call 949-652-7301 or email:  info@neurospabrain.com to schedule your virtual appointment.
  4. Make payment either online or during your call to office. Initial consultation (including review of records and report) is:  $650
  5. Our staff will email you a link to our medical records portal (Power2Patient) where you can register and upload documents or records (if necessary) simply by composing a short message to office on the e-portal.
  6. Once you have scheduled your telehealth appointment, simply log on to your Power2Patient patient portal account and click on ‘Click to Join Televisit’ to join secure Zoom meeting with Dr. Elahi.  You can also share documents, your screen, and chat all securely at time of your appointment.

You will have the opportunity to discuss your signs and symptoms, diagnostic tests, results, and treatment recommendations in detail.  Dr. Elahi can also review your diagnostic imaging (e.g. MRI images)—simply send the images via the EMR portal or on CD to office address:
