Q: Does Neurospa Brain Rejuvenation Center take insurance?

A: In order to best serve our patients and provide high quality care, Neurospa Brain Rejuvenation Center is not contracted with health insurance carriers.  We are an “out of network” office.   Our office has partnered with ‘Reimbursify’—a very convenient, fast, and easy-to-use mobile app for patients to submit claims for insurance reimbursement—see below for more information. Our experienced staff provides patients with all the information and assistance necessary to quickly and effectively submit claims and get paid per their individual policy terms.

Q: What is “Out of Network?”

A: “Out of Network” is a type of coverage most insurance plans offer. When you see an “Out-of-network” doctor, it means you are seeing a doctor who does not have a contract with your insurance plan provider.   Your services may still be covered, even if the provider you see does not take your insurance.

Q: Are the services Neurospa Brain Rejuvenation Center offers covered by insurance?

A: Yes, all services rendered by Neurospa are medical services with CPT codes that are billable to health insurance companies. The amount covered will vary by insurance plan.  On average, patients receive a 30-75% reimbursement for claims submitted.  With the help of our team, we have been successful in helping patients get reimbursement for Neurological consultations, diagnostic test, TMS and Neurofeedback therapy. Q: How do I know if I have “out of network” benefits?

A: Most (if not all) health insurance plans offer “out-of-network”(OON) coverage. You can easily find what your out-of-network (OON) benefits are by a) click on the Reimbursify links below to get immediate online access (and even file an OON claim within seconds—see below); or b) contact your health insurance provider to inquire about out of network coverage or our staff at Neurospa Brain Rejuvenation Center can help you determine what your out-of-network (OON) coverage is. Coverage will vary by plan.

Q: What is Reimbursify?
Neurospa has partnered with the Reimbursify app to help make it easier for you to get reimbursed for any out of network benefits that you are eligible for. The app allows you to file a claim for reimbursement within minutes. Dr. Elahi provides all clients with a monthly detailed receipt (known as a “superbill”) that has the necessary information on it to file a claim with the Reimbursify app. Once you submit the superbill in the app, it will alert you when the claim has been received by your insurance company and then again when you should expect your reimbursement check in the mail (usually within 2-4 weeks).
