- Experienced severe concussion with loss of consciousness 6 months prior
- Experiencing poor concentration, emotional regulation, irritability and poor memory
- Wife noticed above and progressive decline in cognitive tasks poor mood.
- PCS Score of 43 (above 20 is abnormal)
